These adversities cannot arise in the present moment. In truth, we can only be here now - and isn't that enough? Think about it. Take it easy on yourself!
Don't multitask. Do just one thing at a time. Pay attention to what you're doing. Do it slowly, with purpose. Do it completely. Then, do nothing. Create space before moving on to the next thing. Even if the next this IS to do nothing, do nothing first. Move or do not move deliberately.
