  4. White Tara Mantra 
  5. Mul Mantra 
  6. Hari  108x  for health and success
  7. Shabad and/or Bellows Breath
  8. Contemplate the essence of this practice:
    Watch the mind.  What are the intentions behind thoughts,
    words, or actions as they arise? Watch objectively without
    reaction so that eventually you will be able to see things
    clearly for what they really are.
     
       Sit quietly.

 
  1. 3 deep breaths
  2. Wahe Gura Chant
  3. Remember how to think of past,  
        present, and future.
  1. Set intention for the day.
  2. Just one thing at the time.
  3. Remain non-reactive
  4. Keep quiet
