Contrary to previous belief, I am unable to multi-task - to do several things at the same time. Scientific research has shown that the human mind does not focus on more than one thing at a time, but learns to switch focus from one thing to another, to another, and back again in very rapid succession so that it seems as if we are multi-tasking. I tend to agree. All of this, however, is tossed in the wash with the deeper awareness of my true self, the I Am, which is in constant and steady observation of all. This is difficult to explain except to say that when resting in my original nature at the ground level of being, all mental and physical processes occur in symphony; in a syncopated arpeggio; and in harmony.
